Some dream of a peaceful life, freedom from addiction, a happy marriage, restored relationships, job success or perhaps freedom from a destructive/dysfunctional lifestyle. My role as your therapist is to help you clear the confusion, address the inner conflicts that has held you back and chart the course for your future. You are in-charge of you. I will help you discover YOU!
I specialize in Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I am diverse in my experience which includes, Suicide, Terminal Illness, Addiction/Codependency & Childhood Trauma. I spent fourteen years helping men and women achieve their weight-loss goals as a nutritionist and continue to offer nutritional counseling.
In addition to being a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am a biblical scholar and have spent the past 20 years studying the Bible and biblical history. I am a licensed minister, speaker and published author. I currently service as Women's Ministry Pastor at my local church. I volunteer at Juvenile Hall teaching bible studies to the girls.
