I’m passionate about coming alongside people wherever they might find themselves in order to move towards healing and wholeness. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, and personal identity.

No matter the faith or religion, spirituality has proven vital to one’s mental health and wellness. This path can be laden with shifting beliefs, finding purpose, doubt and hope. No matter why a person comes into therapy, exploring spiritual factors can bring assistance in the healing and wellness process.
